Out-of-Town & International

For out of town patients/phone and internet consultation

We frequently see patients who travel from out of state or country for their surgery. We can do a complimentary phone consultation in advance, start planning for the surgery, and even consolidate your visit to Dallas by seeing you in clinic on the same week as your surgery. Regardless of the phone consultation, we have to see you in person in advance of the surgery, but this can be several days before if planned in advance. At this visit, we usually perform an examination and specialized imaging.

In case we require that you send us photos of your face, nose or body, below is an example of this. Ideally, you have another person take these photos. One front view, two profile view, two quarter side profile views, and one with head tilted back. For body photos front view, oblique view and side view is needed.

Hotel Information and Medallion Guest Suites

Below is a list of hotels that you may choose to stay in if you live outside of Dallas. Those marked with an asterisk may offer discounted rates for patients who mention that they are visiting Dr. Bardia Amirlak at the UTSW office when making a reservation.

In addition, we have our own 5-star hotel at our surgery center called the Medallion Guest suites. At the Medallion, we provide 24/7 medical and nursing care as well as hotel luxuries for either before your surgery or after.
